How are you different from other freelancers/ agencies?I only take on projects that genuinely interest me, my objective with running a new project is to make profit for you. I don't make empty promises and I prefer not to waste time.

What is the onboarding process like?Initially I will ask you to fill out a detailed questionnaire about your business, we do this activity in the first meeting after the deal is done, this exercise helps us stay on the same page and forces us to offer deep thoughts on why things should be done a certain way. Think of this as a detailed yearly plan. This meeting usually lasts for 45-60+ minutes.

How do I assign new tasks?New tasks can be assigned in the Google Sheet or the CRM tool, newly assigned tasks have a timeline attached to it, this ensures that I have the opportunity to deliver high-quality results and nothing that is published, is work that we're not proud of.

How many monthly meetings can we have?We generally have 1 detailed meeting before the start of every month to extensively plan the marketing efforts for the month. However, this is not suitable for some industries, where we make an exception. We can communicate on Email and WhatsApp throughout the day for following up and discussing ideas. We avoid meetings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to allow for deep work.

How can I track progress of tasks and the accounts?Task progress can be tracked on the Google Sheet or CRM software. We offer a client dashboard that tracks all the metrics in one place that allows our teams to always have the numbers at hand.
